<p>This week we are pressing juice off of the skins of the last red wine grapes picked, barreling down more wine from tank to barrel and preparing to bottle several new blends for the 2008 THE Cab, 2008 Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2007 Reserve Cabernet Franc.</p>
